Oregon Association of Teacher Educators (ORATE) represents teacher educators from public and private teacher preparation programs across the state as well as Deans, Directors, and administrators from all levels of education. Each are committed to the improvement of teacher preparation and, in turn, P-12 education.

ORATE is the state affiliate of the national Association of Teacher Educators.
